What file format can I submit?
We accept PDF files only, up to 50 MB. Upload your complete impact assessment report through the form on the
Accreditation page.
What happens after I upload my report?
Level 1 runs automatically — you receive your benchmark grid within a few minutes (keep the page open or check your email). Levels 2–4 are stored for IAAF review; our team will contact you at the email you provided to confirm next steps.
Why is my email required?
For Level 1 and Level 2, we need your email to deliver results. For Levels 3 and 4, it allows our team to coordinate the accreditation process with you. We do not sell or share your contact details. See our
Privacy & Security policy.
Can I use Level 1 results externally?
Level 1 and Level 2 outputs are for internal organisational use only. They must not be presented as formal IAAF accreditation or used in external communications. Only Level 3 and Level 4 outcomes may be publicly disclosed, as stated for each level.
How long does each level take?
Level 1: 2–5 minutes (automated). Level 2: within one week (IAAF-reviewed). Level 3: 1–2 weeks. Level 4: approximately 45 days including public comment, committee review, and revision periods.
My assessment failed or timed out — what should I do?
If the page times out, your submission may still be processing — we will email you when ready. If you received an error, try uploading again or contact us with your reference number (shown after upload) via the form above.
